Developer marketing changed when coding did.

The end of coding doesn't mean code stopped existing. It means the skill shifted from implementation to articulation. Late 2025 made that real. Cursor, Claude Code, Bolt, v0 redefined who builds software. Product managers ship internal tools now. Designers ship prototypes that are the product. Developers work at 5-10x speed with zero patience for fluff.

If your developer content still assumes the reader writes code manually, you're writing for a shrinking audience. The people evaluating your product think in prompts, not syntax.
